We are looking for a Senior Accountant to manage financial operations across multiple client accounts. This role requires strong attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to work across diverse industries.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Manage full month-end close process
Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
Reconcile external systems (Shopify, payroll, expense platforms)
🧾 Ensure accurate transaction coding
Maintain organized workpapers and documentation
✅ Ensure compliance with internal policies
Review and supervise junior staff work
Handle 1099 processing
Communicate directly with clients
🛠️ Support audits and special projects
