Job Description
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare manual journals as needed for related activity with adequate supporting documentation
- Reconcile global Vantive AP and AR transactions/balances against Baxter AP and AR transactions/balances
- Prepare/design reports to monitor open AP AR balances/transactions
- Track and investigate differences which may arise and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve them in a timely manner
- Work with regional central team accountants on ensuring proper logging and distribution of invoices and resolution of outstanding issues
- Raise, track and document various ad-hoc invoices raised between Baxter and Vantive
- Prepare account reconciliations in Blackline per established deadlines
- Respond to queries from local country finance and stakeholders in a timely manner
