Main Job responsibilities

• 
  Review and monitor day-to-day accounting entries to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist in the Monthly closure in the various institutes
• .Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and ledger balances on a periodic basis
• .Assist in preparation of financial statements and schedules for audit purposes
• .Coordinate with auditors and provide required data during the audits
• .Monitor receivables and payables and ensure timely collections and payments
• .Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records and supporting documents
• .Track and verify expense bookings in line with applicable policies
• .Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• .Identify discrepancies and suggest corrective actions to improve financial controls
