Job Description
Overview
The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes under IFRS or US GAAP. This is a 3 month contract.
Responsibilities
- Full cycle month/year end close duties under IFRS/ US GAAP including reviewing and booking journal entries
- Prepare financial statements with analysis and schedules
- Ensuring compliance around revenue recognition
- Preparing adjusting entries for intercompany, expense, accruals and payroll
- Support the quarterly reviews and year-end audit
- Provide ad-hoc support for corporate projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong experience in a public company and technical knowledge of IFRS
- Advanced level Excel skill (pivots, v-lookups, and advanced formulas)
- Knowledge of and experience with Oracle
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant corporate accounting experience
