Milk Education are working with a primary school in Standish (WN6) who are seeking a full-time SEND Teaching Assistant to work 1-2-1 with a child in Year 2 who has Autism.This role is starting September 2026 and will be a temporary, long-term role until December 2026.
The School is looking for someone patient, nurturing, and accommodating to the child’s learning needs for this SEND Teaching Assistant position. The hours of work are 08:30am- 15:30pm, Monday to Friday.
This SEND Teaching Assistant role will involve keeping the child on task and ensuring that the work they are doing is being done to a good standard. You will be responsible for getting resources ready for the day and ensuring the child’s needs are being met. In this SEND Teaching Assistant role, you will provide a patient and nurturing learning environment for the child.
