What you’ll be doing

• Supporting pupils with additional needs in class and in small groups
• Helping with routines, engagement, and behaviour
• Learning practical strategies from experienced staff
• Creating a calm, positive environment for pupils

What we’re looking for

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Patience, empathy, and a calm approach
• An interest in working with children or SEND
• Any experience with people, childcare, care work...
