Job Description
Join Elevate Beyond as an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant in Greater Manchester. Support children with diverse needs in various specialist schools with tailored educational strategies.
This role calls for SEND Teaching Assistants to work alongside expert teachers and multidisciplinary teams at SEND, SEMH, PRU, and Alternative Provision schools. You will implement personalized learning plans, foster student independence, and contribute to positive outcomes for learners with challenges such as Autism and ADHD.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support pupils with Autism, ADHD, and complex learning difficulties
• Assist teachers in implementing individualized learning plans
