SEND Assessments Manager
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative SEND Assessments Manager, you will lead the delivery of high-quality statutory assessment and EHCP services for children and young people aged 0–25 with SEND. Managing a team of assessment and casework professionals, you will ensure statutory duties are met, drive service improvement, and promote positive outcomes for children, young people and families. Working closely with schools, health services, social care and partner agencies, you will provide leadership on complex cases, champion person-centred practice, and use performance data to shape and improve services.About us
