Job Description
We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support a Key Stage 2 pupil with an autism profile in a welcoming primary school in Bromley Heath.
This is a rewarding 1:1 role where you'll help a child access learning, build confidence and develop independence. You'll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO, while also supporting small group interventions when needed.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting children with ASD and social communication needs
- Understands how to support pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs
- Can build positive, trusting relationships
- Is calm, patient and able to support emotional regulation
- Can encourage focus, confidence and independence
What we offer:
- Pay from £14.25 per hour, increasing with experience
- Weekly PAYE pay
