Sen Teaching Assistant

Milk Education is recruiting caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join a fantastic autism-specific school in Shirley, providing 1:1 support for pupils, on a long-term basis starting in September.


This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people with autism and additional learning needs, helping them thrive in a positive, inclusive, and structured environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated 1:1 support to pupils with autism, tailoring assistance to individual needs.

  • Support pupils with communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, and daily routines.

  • Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to implement personalised learning plans and strategies.
