The Role: 1-1 Specialist Support
In this role, you will be the right hand to a student with additional needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum safely and confidently. You will work within a supportive team in Erdington, focusing on removing barriers to learning and celebrating every milestone.

- Position: 1-1 SEND Teaching Assistant
- Location: Redditch
- Pay: £95 - £100 per day (depending on experience)
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30–3:30
- Temp-to-Perm Contract: ASAP start – Oct 2026, with the opportunity to go permanent after this date.
