Job Description
We are working on behalf of an SEN school based in Worcestershire who are looking for a Teaching Assistant to carry out long-term cover.

The role would be to start in the autumn term and would be till December 2026 and possibly beyond
The role is Monday to Friday, 8.30 am - 3.30 pm, and the role would be on a term-time only temporary time sheet basis, with the teacher being paid to scale in line with their experience and qualifications
You would support pupils
11-16 years of age who have been excluded or are at the risk of being excluded from mainstream due to social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges
Some pupils also have other special needs, such as ASC and ADHD
The role will be supporting pupils in classes with learning, behaviour and emotional needs
The school is open to anyone who has an interest in working with children working with SEMH at any level and is also open to people who may not have a qualification but...
