Job Title: ALN Teaching Assistant
Location: Newport
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 – 15:30
Pay: Starting from £92.63 per day
Start: ASAP, with September 2026 start available
Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting on behalf of a partnership school based in Newport, to support a class in the schools LRB unit. The classroom is a dedicated workspace for children all of which have severe ASD and some with behavioural issues. We are seeking a strong, resilient and patient teaching assistant to support this class and those pupils.
A Successful Teaching Assistant will require:
- Registration with the EWC (Education Workforce Council)
- A DBS certificate that is registered on the Update Service.
