SEN Teaching Assistant

This role involves supporting teachers in delivering lessons, promoting inclusion, managing student behaviour, and contributing to the overall development and well‑being of students.

• Assist in delivering personalised learning programmes aligned with the EQUALS Curriculum, pathways, and individual EHCP outcomes.
