This role is ideal for someone who values patience, consistency, and inclusive support.

Key Duties:

• Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support
• Support personal care where required
• Assist with sensory and communication-based learning
• Encourage independence and engagement
• Work collaboratively with school staff and therapists
