Job Description
Teaching Assistant – Primary & Secondary Special Educational Needs (SEN)
We are seeking to recruit a compassionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN provision from September. This is a full-time, term-time-only position (Monday to Friday), supporting pupils across primary and secondary age groups with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), moderate learning difficulties (MLD), severe learning difficulties (SLD), speech and language needs, and other additional learning needs.
The role offers a pay rate equivalent to £14.25 per hour, with opportunities to take on increased responsibility and progress to a higher rate of pay. There is also the potential for a permanent appointment for the right candidate following a successful initial placement.
