Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher looking for a more flexible role? We are seeking a confident and adaptable Special Educational Needs Teacher to provide supply cover at a welcoming and supportive special school in Oldbury.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher who is looking to step back from the full-time class teacher role while continuing to make a meaningful difference in young people’s lives.
You will be required to:
* Deliver engaging and structured lessons to pre-16 pupils with additional needs
* Provide consistent, calm and confident classroom leadership
* Support pupils with Complex behavioural needs, ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition), ADHD and Non-verbal communication needs
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual EHCP targets
* Work collaboratively with support staff and the wider SEN team
