Link Education are currently hiring on behalf of one of our local schools for a new varied role. The school require a Learning Support Assistant who also has experience working with SEN children to work a split role within the school.

The working week will be split between a child with physical disabilities and children needing additional support. We are looking for an experienced staff member who is flexible in their support style and can adapt on a daily basis to meet the needs of the children they are working with.

Experience working with SEN students is a must, with the patience and understanding to support learning.

You will also be required to support learning across the classroom, with students of ranging ability.

Requirements:

Experience working with SEN students with physical disabilities.

Experience supporting learning during lessons.

Experience working with KS1 & 2.
