SEN Teaching Assistant – Newham


Prospero Teaching is recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join an Ofsted-rated Outstanding academy in Newham. This full-time, long-term role involves supporting pupils with additional needs within a mainstream setting.


Role Details:

  • Location: Newham

  • Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

  • Start Date: September 2026

  • Contract: Long-term, full-time

  • Hours: Monday – Friday

    • Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils with ASD, SLD and PMLD

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support

  • Assist the class teacher with daily classroom activities
