Behaviour Mentor (SEN/SEMH) – Gloucester (GL1, GL2, GL19)
Full-time | September Start | Full Training Provided
Pay: £92 - £105 per day
We are recruiting Behaviour Mentors to support a specialist independent school in Gloucester, working with pupils aged 7–18 who have Special Educational Needs (SEND), particularly SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health).
The Role
You will support students who may have:
- SEMH needs
- ASD, ADHD, OCD, PDA
- Trauma or attachment difficulties
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting learning in small classes
- Helping pupils regulate emotions and behaviour
- Creating a calm, structured environment
