SEN Learning Support Assistant - Redhill

Full‑time position with immediate start.

We are recruiting a caring and motivated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming school in Redhill. The role provides support to pupils academically and emotionally, helping them build confidence and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Support students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
• Assist children with SEN including ASD, ADHD and SEMH.
• Encourage positive behaviour and classroom engagement.
• Work closely with teachers and SEN staff.

Qualifications

• Patient, positive, and supportive attitude.
• Experience working with children or young people.
• SEN or support work experience desirable.
• Passion for education and making a difference.
• All applicants will require appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
