You'll support pupils throughout the school day, celebrate their achievements and help them develop the confidence to reach their goals.

• A positive and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Patience, empathy and resilience.
• Experience working with children or vulnerable young people is beneficial but not essential.
