Job Description
Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team in SEMH schools and Alternative Provision settings across Harlow. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people aged 8-16 with additional needs, including SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health), ADHD, PTSD, ASD and challenging behaviours.
Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils with additional needs in their learning and personal development
- Working closely with class teachers to create engaging and interactive activities
- Helping children develop social skills and positive relationships
- Maintaining a safe, supportive and nurturing learning environment
- Making a genuine difference to young people's lives every day
