Milk Education are recruiting a resilient, confident, and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support a primary-aged child with high Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Bradford.
This is a rewarding yet challenging role supporting one child on a 1:1 basis. The successful candidate will have excellent behaviour management skills, remain calm under pressure, and be able to build positive, consistent relationships while maintaining clear boundaries. Team Teach training is essential for this position.
