Academics are supporting a proactive primary school in Slough seeking an SEMH Intervention Support Assistant to deliver targeted emotional and behavioural interventions. What You'll Be Doing:

• Running structured SEMH interventions and small‑group activities
• Providing 1:1 mentoring for children with emotional needs
• Monitoring pupil progress and implementing agreed strategies
• Working collaboratively with teachers and SEMH specialists
• Supporting pupils to develop confidence and resilience
