Job Description

This full-time position involves collaborating with the Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist to ensure effective delivery of rehabilitation services. You'll communicate essential information regarding resident progress and prepare the equipment needed for different rehabilitation activities. Additionally, you’re responsible for teaching residents necessary skills for daily living.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate rehabilitation programming under OT/PT direction
• Report changes in resident conditions to relevant staff
• Prepare and ensure equipment is available for therapy
• Collaborate with wheelchair companies for adaptive aid safety
• Guide residents on using equipment for independence
Requirements:
• Diploma in Rehabilitation therapy aide or related area
• Preferably 1-2 years...
