Exciting Mechanical Designer position available with Sedgman in Vancouver, specializing in the Mineral Processing industry. Contribute your design skills from initial concepts to comprehensive engineering projects with a focus on quality and compliance.
As a Mechanical Designer at Sedgman, you will work through a variety of projects, engaging in detailed design work and 3D model creation. Your role includes ensuring adherence to best practices in design and quality management, coupled with providing vital drafting support. Strong experience in CAD software is a must for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete comprehensive mechanical designs and layouts
• Create and refine 3D models and drawings
• Participate in design compliance and review processes
• Ensure accuracy of drafting deliverables
• Drive continuous improvement within the quality management system
Requirements:
• Associate Diploma in CAD or Engineering
• 5-7 years of design experience
