Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead security initiatives across retail environments, including Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems in stores and supply chain and retail operations systems.
• Ensure a secure‑by‑design approach across all IT and digital transformation projects.
• Develop and maintain global security policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Protect and secure identities and access management systems (IAM, SSO, MFA, privileged access).
• Oversee threat detection, vulnerability management, incident response, and risk.
• Collaborate closely with IT infrastructure, cloud, digital, and retail operations teams.
• Manage third‑party security risk (vendors, SaaS platforms, payment providers).
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as GDPR and regional data protection requirements.
