Job Description
Role Summary
The Security Systems Specialist maintains and administers enterprise security systems including access control, video surveillance, visitor management, and associated databases. This role provides handsโon global support, coordinates vendors for repairs and installations, and delivers firstโline troubleshooting and customer support to employees and security stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities 1) Systems Administration & Operations- Maintain and administer Access Control, CCTV, and Visitor Management platforms, including servers, workstations, client software, and field devices
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot controllers, panels, boards, card readers, cameras, encoders, recorders, and operator workstations
- Monitor system health (cameras, readers, NVRs), investigate alerts, and drive timely remediation
