Job Description
Ensure OEA’s standards and sub-standards certification are met, as well as respond to any audit and/or requirement from government authorities.
Ensure compliance with CTPAT criteria and guidelines.
Act as Contact Point with the Supply Chain Security Service of the USA, maintaining continuous and direct communication.
Review and update the C-TPAT platform for certification.
Maintain updated the supply Chain Security procedures.
Develop and maintain updated procedures, manuals and work instructions that guarantee the security of the supply chain, as well as compliance with OEA standards and C-TPAT criteria.
Perform internal audits and audits to critical suppliers in the Supply Chain Security, logistics and transportation, and follow up the derived actions with each corresponding owner up to satisfactory completion.
