Security Supervisor, Balaena Tyne
Are you someone living local to Hebburn who takes pride in doing a job well?
We're looking for a Security Supervisor who cares about the people, place and standards around them, someone who will take ownership, lead by example and help keep our site safe, organised and welcoming.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are quite the same. You'll support the Head of Security with the day-to-day running of the team, oversee patrols and gatehouse activity, respond calmly to incidents, keep clear records and make sure our security standards are delivered professionally and consistently.
