Compass Medical Waste Services is a leading provider of healthcare risk waste management solutions. We are seeking a dedicated, professional, and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team and ensure the safety and security of our people, assets, and operations.

Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all security personnel and security-related activities. Ensure compliance with company security policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Monitor access control systems and visitor management processes. Conduct routine patrols and inspections of company premises. Investigate security incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions. Manage security shift rosters and ensure adequate coverage at all times. Conduct toolbox talks, security briefings, and on-the-job training for security staff. Liaise with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and external security providers when required.
