Objective

The Security Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Security Department to ensure the safety and security of guests, Heartists, visitors, hotel assets, and property. The role ensures compliance with hotel policies, Accor brand standards, UAE regulations, and SIRA requirements while maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide, and coordinate all security personnel to ensure effective coverage across all hotel areas at all times.
