Allied Universal is hiring a **Security** **Shift Supervisor** in **York, PA** . The general purpose and function of the **Security Shift** **Supervisor** encompasses the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services for a client’s site. The **Security Shift Supervisor** will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. The **Security Shift Supervisor** will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers and security officers. They will supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license to meet AU Driver Policy requirements.
