Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Security, Privacy & Compliance Lead for our South African operations. This role will be responsible for owning and implementing local POPIA regulations, security protocols, access control mechanisms, audit trail management, and overall compliance. The Lead will also support security evidence gathering and reviews, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and ensure adherence to local POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act) requirements.
- Develop and maintain robust information security policies and procedures.
- Implement and manage effective access control strategies (RBAC/ABAC).
- Oversee the establishment and maintenance of comprehensive audit logging capabilities.
