ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor property, underage prevention, controlling access to restricted areas, reacting to guest and team member incidents, ensuring the safety and security of guests and team members, and providing safety escorts as designated.
• Deliver excellent guest service in accordance with Oaklawn's Core Values and Standards of Behavior.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures for activities such as guest service standards, fire prevention, emergency response, guarding and patrolling the physical property, orienting and monitoring of personnel inside and outside the facility, and responding to accidents and criminal acts inside and outside the facility.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory controls.
• Enforce state casino laws, including the identification and removal of underage persons from the casino floor.
