- Lead and manage security executives, technicians, and outsourced security service providers to ensure smooth daily security operations.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of security and car park systems.
- Monitor and analyse security incidents and breaches, and recommend appropriate corrective and preventative measures.
- Develop, implement, and review security strategies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and security service providers to support daily operations, events, and ad‑hoc security requirements.
- Develop and implement security awareness programmes and internal communication initiatives.
- Review and update security policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), deployment plans, and security processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
