Job Description
- Develop and grow the organisation's security division.
- Lead and manage the security team, including guards, supervisors, and contracted personnel.
- Manage and oversee all security operations across allocated sites.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments across all sites and implement corrective actions
- Ensure full compliance with relevant South African legislation including PSIRA regulations and the Private Security Industry Regulation Act.
- Manage security operations centre (SOC) and ensure 24/7 coverage protocols are in place.
- Investigate and prepare detailed incident reports.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and security audits.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop security supervisors and security officers.
- Liaise with clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
