Security Lead Pacific North Purpose of the Role

As the Security Focal Point for the Pacific North region , the Security Lead , based at the Los Mochis Manufacturing Site , is responsible for the security and protection of Bayer’s facilities, operations, assets, products, and personnel. The role aims to prevent or mitigate impacts, disruptions, and losses while safeguarding the Group’s integrity and reputation.

This position is accountable for all security-related activities within the assigned region and works closely with the National Security group on specific topics such as Crisis Management, Supply Chain Security, Anti-Product Crime, Security Operations Center (SOC), and Investigations.
