Job Title: Head Security In-Charge – Plant

Role Overview

Responsible for leading and managing all security functions of the plant to ensure the safety of personnel, assets, materials, and premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall plant security and safety operations.
• Supervise security personnel and ensure effective deployment.
• Control entry/exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials.
• Monitor CCTV, surveillance systems, and security infrastructure.
• Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate with local authorities during emergencies and security incidents.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
