Position: Full-Time Security Guard 

Site Address: 71155 Bluewater Hwy, Grand Bend, ON N0M 1N0

Averaging Agreement: Overtime is Averaging Agreement (AA) after 88 hours

Hours:  Continental Rotation - 0700-1900/1900-0700

Payrate: $ 23.19/hour

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct plant patrols inside and out (weekday day shift 1 per day, weekends and night 4 per shift)
  • Report and Security or Safet issue (lighting, exit signs, door issues) 
  • Visitors sign in and out sheets 
  • Sign out temp visitor’s cards or keys and log numbers 
  • Monitor all door alarms 
  • Access control 
  • Monitor cameras 
  • Ensure all doors/windows are secure 
  • Monitor gate access 
  • Stand by for deliveries 
  • Monitor weather 
  • Complete notebook entries per shift 
  • Log/pass on book
