**Safety & Security**
+ Ensure the safety and security of guests, colleagues, visitors, and hotel property.
+ Monitor CCTV systems, access control, and security equipment.
+ Conduct regular patrols of guest floors, public areas, parking, and back-of-house areas.
+ Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, accidents, and security incidents.
+ Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate security records.
+ Investigate security-related incidents and recommend preventive measures.
**Compliance**
+ Ensure compliance with IHG security standards, fire safety regulations, and local laws.
+ Conduct fire and emergency evacuation drills.
+ Inspect firefighting equipment and emergency exits regularly.
+ Support audits and maintain statutory security documentation.
