Security Engineer – Hybrid (Aveiro or Lisbon)
What we are looking for
Hard skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT Security, preferably within software development or software house environments
- Hands‑on experience with Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) tools such as Prisma Cloud and Wiz
- Expertise in Application Security tools and practices, particularly Snyk (SCA, SAST, DAST)
- In‑depth understanding of secure SDLC, DevSecOps, and security integration in CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including IAM and container security
- Technical knowledge in vulnerability management, threat modeling, and risk assessment
- Experience with web security hardening and misconfiguration
- Scripting/automation skills using Python, PowerShell, or similar for security automation
