Position: Security Installation Engineer
Job ID: 3612/1
Location: Bedfordshire (covering Bedford, Herefordshire & Cambridge)
Rate/Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 depending on experience + Overtime + Call Out
Benefits: Overtime paid, call out rota, travel time paid after first hour each way, 20-25 days holiday (based on service)
Type: Permanent / Full Time
Duties and Responsibilities
- Installation of intruder alarms, CCTV systems and gate automation
- Carrying out preventative maintenance and servicing of security systems
- Attending breakdowns and call‑outs as part of a rota
- Diagnosing and resolving faults across electronic security systems
- Completing small associated electrical remedial works where required
