Summary You will serve as a Security Assistant (Office Automation) in the US Naval Base Guam of NAVBASE GUAM FORCE PROTECTION. Responsibilities You will perform and/or monitor standardized aspects of established security program operations. You will review documents for conformance with regulations, grammar, format and special policies. You will provide receptionist support to include maintaining files, scheduling appointments, managing appointments, answering phones, taking messages, processing local agency records checks, maintaining instructions and standard operating procedures. You will provide documentation, reports and vehicle maintenance programs for each vehicle. You will assist and guide staff in the procedural work of the office and in the preparation of correspondence.
