PGS Worldwide is seeking a Secure Data Documentation Specialist in Middletown, RI for a one-year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company.

The Secure Data Documentation Specialist will support administrative, documentation, data transfer, and meeting coordination needs for a collaborative onsite program team. This role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent writing and transcription ability, attention to detail, and the ability to handle controlled or sensitive data according to established security protocols.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or associate degree in administration.


• 3–5 years of relevant administrative, documentation, data management, or program support experience.
