Full-time Management & Operations

• Lead multiple units in driving commercial development.
• Manage operational, financial and human resources aspects.
• Act as the on-site ambassador of our values.
• Engage with clients and contract holders, bringing forward proposals and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with culinary and budgetary commitments.
• Oversee business growth, hygiene and safety.

Requirements

• Professional with more than 5 years' experience.
• High level of autonomy, anticipation and creativity.
• Advanced diploma from a recognized hospitality school.
• Experience in hospitality in similar positions.
• Knowledge of the foodservice sector and the economic landscape of the canton of Vaud.
• Driver's license required.
• Proficiency in English is an asset.
