Job Description
MINIMUM 3 years sectional title property management experience as a Junior Portfolio manager or that worked closely with a PM as a Property Administrator

Requirements
Good knowledge of the STSM and CSOS Act
Experience in compiling Residential and/or Commercial Body Corporate Budgets
Experience in typing of minutes of trustee meetings, AGM, SGM meetings
Must have done trustee / director meetings / AGMs for the last 3 years.
Fluent in English and able to communicate in a professional manner
Must have a car and valid driver’s licence
Must be available to work in the evenings to attend trustee meetings, AGM’s and/or SGM’s.
