Section Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced, organized, and responsible Section Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure smooth workflow within the assigned section.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of staff in the section
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance
- Maintain quality standards and operational procedures
- Report issues and progress to higher management
- Ensure safety and discipline within the team
