Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for all hiring needs, including strategic manpower planning, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and final selection for full-time roles and the structured internship intake.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring of competent talent.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires and sign off on HR documentation for Job Grade E6 and below.
- Identify organizational training needs through performance data and stakeholder consultation to create the annual training strategy and budget.
- Coordinate the delivery of internal and external training programs to build employee competencies and close skill gaps.
- Evaluate training effectiveness to drive continuous improvement, support career development and succession planning initiatives, and ensure HR operational documentation complies with ISO standards.
